Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar

To make the Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar just add 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon to your dough. It won’t affect the ‘per bar’ totals so don’t worry about the calories or macros; they are the same as above.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Quest Bar

To make the Chocolate Peanut Butter Quest Bar just add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to your mixture, which adds 3g of protein, 3g fat, and 3g carbs to the total batch.

DIRECTIONS

These are so easy to make. There’s no baking involved. Simply put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together really well. Press into a baking tray (you should line it with non-sticking baking paper) and put in the fridge for 30 minutes – done! Cut into 4 bars when ready.

Ingredients 1 cup oat flour½ cup buckwheat flour2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder1 tablespoon baking powder½ teaspoon salt¼ cup turbinado sugar½ teaspoon cinnamon1 egg1 cup almond milk⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce¼ cup plain greek yogurt½ teaspoon vanilla extract2 tablespoons sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon, set aside

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8×8 pyrex or cake pan.Combine dry ingredients (first 7) in a large bowl.Combine remaining ingredients (except sugar + cinnamon) in a small bowl and whisk to combine.Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until fully incorporated.Pour half the batter into the baking dish.Combine sugar + cinnamon and sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter until the entire surface is covered.Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.Take a knife and gently swirl batter around to mix the cinnamon sugar topping into the cake.Bake for about 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing.Wrap individually and store in refrigerator.

NOTES

oat and buckwheat flour can be ground in a food processor or blender from rolled oats and buckwheat groats, respectively.

Ingredients: (Makes 6 HUGE or 12 regular cookies)

1 cup oats
1/2 cup applesauce
2 scoops protein powder (I used Metabolic Nutrition Peanut Butter Cookie Protimyze)
2 tablespoons raw peanutbutter
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon stevia
1/4 cup low sugar dried cranberries

Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together to make a batter
Spread on cookie sheet making each cookie desired size.
Bake for 15 minutes

**I wanted my cookied to be crunchy, but add 1/4 cup of almond milk or greek yogurt if you want a softer texture!**

BONUS: For even more amazingness, top these bad boys with some PB2!

Here u go steamed egg florentine
Ingredients
1tsp olive oil 1 crushed garlic clove 1tomato diced
1tsp dried oregano 2cups of spinach 2eggs 1english muffin a little salt and pepper
Directions:1 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat add garlic tomato and oregano and stir fry for 2 minutes put aside
2 add 1tsp water to an empty pan add spinach and stir
3 crack eggs into pan, close lid until egg white are solid
4 top muffin with tomato spinach and eggs sprinkle with salt and pepper enjoy :)
