Pruning is finished for the year, and I'm off to Wicked Cheese tomorrow to do a tasting between 12.30 and 2.30 pm come along and taste our wares.

Hello Folks,
Well, the pruning is finished. Time to clean up the orchard, get the grass mown, spray the weeds and order the fertiliser ready to sow late August. We've got to get everything organised to get the best fruit for more yummy pear products.

A new addition to our family, introducing "Dorothy Squirrel". Dorothy will make life easier on the orchard, allowing us to pick when the time is right instead of hiring a machine. We hope you are keeping safe and enjoying our products. I have added a photo of a nice cheese platter including our Pear Paste and Pear Chutney. Our products are made from our lovely pears grown by us on the Tasman Peninsula

Update:
Picking has finished for the year, 36 bins at a record year. Lots of fruit to make our yummy Paste, Chutney, Jam and Cider Vinegar. The orchard is mown for the winter and looks in great condition. We have a new addition to our family, I’ll post a picture soon.
You've been in lock down for a few weeks folks, probably just buying the essentials. Time to treat yourselves to some PEAR PRODUCTS grown and hand made on the Tasman Peninsula.
