For more than 50 years, Fred Harrison has been part of the Ritchies story.

From starting as a casual team member at our Thompson Street supermarket in 1975 to becoming our CEO, Fred has seen and helped shape so much of Ritchies over the years.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Fred has now received the inaugural Dr Thomas Haggai Spirit of IGA Award at the International IGA Conference in Atlanta.

It’s a wonderful recognition of his many years of dedication to Ritchies, our stores, our people and independent grocery.

Congratulations, Fred!
