The countdown is officially on... our 2nd Annual Paulmara 4th of July Party is just around the corner!

Fire pits, hot dogs, burgers, s’mores, sparklers, great wine and a soundtrack of all our favourite tunes!

We are finalising catering numbers shortly, so if you’re planning on joining us, grab your tickets now and make it official.

What a weekend! You showed up in force, laughed with us, shared a few horse tips, drank our wines and, in many cases, took us home with you (in bottle form, of course 😉).

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our little Barossa winery. We leave Sydney exhausted, grateful and already counting down the days until next year’s show.

BREAKING NEWS!!! Our inaugural 2025 Ilios Xynisteri is officially SOLD OUT! ☀️

To everyone who called, visited us at the cellar door, and ordered online – thank you. The response to this little slice of Cyprus grown right here in the Barossa has blown us away.

The good news? The 2026 Ilios is looking absolutely sensational in the winery and, because we know how quickly you snapped up the first release, we’ll be bottling a bigger volume later this year.
