First thing in the morning, every morning.

Making the dough properly (and most importantly without forgetting yeast or salt, been there!) sets the tone and can make or break your day.

Eyes still half closed, a cuppa in one hand and flour in the other, just have to trust the process and slowly slowly some gluten-magic happens.
