A special 18th deserves more than just food — it deserves an experience.

We recently catered a stunning 18th for Geraldine with a 2-course sit-down menu, bringing restaurant-style dining straight to the celebration 🍽️

To start — cured Hiramasa kingfish with nam jim, avocado purée, ginger-infused apple & shiso. Fresh, zesty and a total crowd favourite.

For mains — glazed beef short rib with truffled cauliflower purée, leeks fondue & gremolata. Rich, comforting and seriously good.
