Good morning all,
For the people who do not know, my name is Baily Nielsen and I am a fifth-year veterinary honours student at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, NSW. My honours project is focusing on biosecurity, health management practices, and respiratory pathogen presence in exhibition poultry flocks within NSW, and we are currently looking for participants.
A brief summary of what is involved:
- A short semi-structured interview covering topics including poultry experience, biosecurity, animal health, husbandry practices and other similar topics
- Providing 3-5 birds for tracheal sampling for selected respiratory pathogens
Information collected from participants will be confidential, and results will remain anonymous with no identifying information to be shared or published.
