Hi everyone! Madi and Mitch here 💛

We are super excited to begin our next chapter as the new owners of Bliss & Co, so we just wanted to jump on introduce ourselves! We are a young couple from Ocean Grove, and we’re passionate about all things health, sustainability and community.

You might’ve seen Madi around the shop before, she’s been part of the Bliss team for the last few years. Mitch might be a bit slower on the tools but he’s doing his best 😆 and is always up for a chat!

We absolutely love this community, and over the past three years at Bliss I’ve been so fortunate to meet and connect with so many incredible people and create memories I’ll always treasure - it has truly never felt like work.

We also just wanted to express our deepest gratitude to Kim and Drew, who have nurtured Bliss into the special place it is today. We are so grateful for the opportunity to carry on the reins of this beautiful little shop.

But this place wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible team, and you will definitely still be seeing all of their faces around the shop!

We are so excited to see where this next chapter takes us, and look forward to seeing you all for chats and cuppas at Bliss soon 🫶🏼🌿☕️

New into store! Beautiful Sardines, Tuna and Mackerel by Ethically fished, preserved in extra virgin olive oil and pack a whopping hit of protein.
Lots of mama’s of young babies have been asking us to stock these as they are such a great nutritious food for young kids and babies being introduced to foods. We hope you love them as much as us!

We have finally this bad boy back in stock! We know a lot of our customers absolutely ❤️ Higher Being Healing Medicinal Mushroom and Adaptogenic Tonic. It’s chocolatey and delicious and tastes like a big warm hug 🤗
