I had the pleasure of joining Helen and her friends to celebrate the arrival of her Thermomix TM7.

Its was amazing to show the ladies how the Thermomix can help cater for the special dietary needs like Gluten free, dairy free and nut free requirements, while still enjoy amazing dishes!

Its been a few weeks between pizzas at home after being on holidays.

If we cheat on our Ovana and Thermie pizza with store bought pizza it's always disappointing...

To avoid the let down. I made a little extra pizza dough to store in the freezer for a reheat in our in the car, lunchboxes or a sneak reheat for me midweek for lunch.

I call it CBF menu planning 🙌
Future me will thank me later!

Not to mention the savings of $50+ from not ordering from the pizza shop!

Chicken Gyros with Tzatziki and homemade Pita bread 🇬🇷

A mid week dinner thanks to guided cooking with Cookidoo and my trusty Thermomix 🙌💚

I marinated the chicken a few days prior and made the tzatziki ahead of time. For dinner I prepped the salad and cooked off the meat.

The gyros were pretty easy too. I made them in just over a hour including proofing time.

I love to make scones but I hate getting dough all over my hands👩‍🍳

I've got the perfect work around! Turn your dough into a square tin, wet & lightly flour you're Thermie spatula, cut and slightly seperate the scones and bake. 🙌

These are the Buttermilk scones from Cookidoo 👌

🔥 TIP: Make your own Buttermilk by replacing 10% with lemon juice and top up with full cream milk. Let it sit for about 10mins before you use it 😉
