🔥 three cheese blend, mushroom, pepperoni, olives and sun-dried tomatoes on homemade pizza dough, topped with rocket and a drizzle of Rylstone Olive Press award winning olive oil.
🍷washed down with a pinot noir from the one and only legends at Grape Pirates cool climate w**es Orange nsw.

🔥Steak Night 🔥

🔥New York cut steak from my favourite local butcher Woodwards Your Butcher On Moulder ,seasoned with Misty Gully competition rub, topped with Toads Kitchen Cupboard chimichurri.
🔥cooked over Heat Beads BBQ original and lump charcoal
🔥sides of twice cooked jacket potato
🔥mushrooms in burnt butter , cooked in fresh lemon thyme out of the garden, and topped with cottage cheese and crispy bacon bits.
🍷washed down with a beautiful local cool climate w**e called Marge from See Saw W**e

Beautiful end to our stay in Mudgee , with a 10 /10 dinner at Gigi's Restaurant , i had the pork and fennel ragu and Kate had the slow cooked beef cheek , absolutely perfect, could not fault anything. From the moment we walked in and was greeted by the beautiful host Chantelle who made us feel very welcome . What an amazing atmosphere. Thank you 🙏

Awesome day sampling some of Mudgee's finest w**e at Rosby Mudgee , and craft beers at Three Tails Brewery . Now settle in to watch the Knights beat Penrith.
