Reverse seared prime rib steak injected with apple maple Burbon sauce from Blaxland inn Hunter Valley , field mushroom with cowboy butter, sides of butter beans, roast potatoes and chared broccolini. As always i only use the best fuel , coconut briquettes and lump charcoal blend from Heat Beads BBQ
