Leaving behind the iconic Bathers' Pavilion on the shores of Balmoral Beach for one night, executive Chef Aaron Ward will be serving up an evening of incredible food from our bluestone cellar door.

Recently awarded 2 hats in the 2026 good food guide, Aaron will be bringing his beautifully curated menu with each course is designed to pair perfectly with new age and museum cool-climate wines from Philip Shaw.

🚗🍕 Pizza & Cars Postponed 🍕🚗

We’re so sorry to share that due to unforeseen circumstances, our Pizza & Cars night planned for this Friday, 14 November has been postponed.

After meeting with the team from the Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club, we’re excited to announce the new date, Saturday, 24th of January 2026. Mark it in your calendars, it’s going to be a great night to kick off the new year!

🎟️ Already got a ticket? It’ll still be valid for the January event.

We’re disappointed to have to postpone, but we can’t wait to see everyone in the new year for another fun night of cars, pizza, and great company!
