From the last of the well rested paddocks to a fresh pasture that has less recovery growth due to the seasonal change and reduced rain over the last couple of months
We are fortunate still to have pasture to rotate to which can be supplemented with hay
The cattle are in good condition moving into winter

Today Orange High School cattle team attended the Yeoval show along with some of Javid’s females.
The team has grown in numbers and experience and it’s great to see they are enjoying the opportunities of participating in local agricultural shows
Having the cattle win a few ribbons is an added bonus

Our last 3 steers are scheduled to go to our client 18 th May
They are just 12 months old and weigh 400-440 kgs predominantly off grass
They have had some supplemental feeding due to the dry period we have been experiencing
