Trinity Stockhorses Trinity Stock Horses trade as J & G Pastoral. Who We Are: Cattle Farmers and Horse Breeders based near Orange in Central New South Wales.

Breeding, Raising & Campaigning quality horses by combining the very best Quarter Horse & Stock Horse genetics available. We have purchased well bred stock horse and quarter horse mares over the past decade and have joined them to sires with strong performance histories and progeny records. Our foals are typically handled at 6 months of age, and then weaned at 6 to 8 months. Our young stock are br

oken in at 18 to 24 months and then get regular work mustering cattle on the 2000 acres of our three farms. We are offering selected foals and young horses from our breeding program for sale in high profile industry auctions, as well as by private treaty. As our breeding program develops, we will also be selling some of our foundation broodmares that have established their genetics in our small herd. Our horses are fundamentally working animals, and if they can’t survive a day of mustering in steep country, or carry any rider on a particular day, then they aren’t useful for our purposes.

We are seeking a farm hand from the end of June through to September. The roll will consist of reporting to the manager on a daily basis, checking and monitoring cows during calving, birth weighing stud calves + tagging, feeding and other general farm maintenance.
Must haves! Experience with cattle and calving
Basic horse knowledge as there will be small amounts of handling weanlings and brood mares
Drivers licence is essential and reliable vehicle
Basic farm maintenance knowledge
