Our meat is grass fed, sustainably and ethically produced under regenerative agricultural principals. Our planned pasture management builds soil and sequests carbon. Our animals benefit from low stress stock handling. Our cattle are not grain fed.

We have delayed in placing this post, in the vain hope of good rain and a local butcher able to process our grass fed beef - neither have been forthcoming- so due to the ongoing drought and feed costs, we have chosen to sell our remaining cattle - and sadly closing our supply of beef boxes.
To our wonderful customers, many of whom we now count as friends - thankyou for your support
We shall miss you all and our beautiful cattle
