Queenslanders will love this home brew recipe. Grab it at your local home brew shop in Queensland, or any shop in NZ and Australia.
A classic Thirst-Quencher brewed specially for a hot climate. Brick Road Gold L***r malt is already hopped to the perfect level for your favourite Queensland L***r. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12-15 degrees, we recommend the Fermentis Safl***r yeast. Simply mix with 1kg of dextrose or sugar, and add quality water to achieve your desired ABV. Beautiful!

Grab the ingredients in store or online at your local home brew shop.
Drink this light, refreshing l***r with a wedge of lime, and service ice cold. Brick Road Mexican Cervesa malt is already hopped to the perfect level for your Mexican Cervesa. Use the yeast under the lid, or if you can control the fermentation temperature at 12-15 degrees, you can add an extra packet of L***r yeast. Simply mix with 1kg of brewing sugar, add 15g of Citra hops and top up to 19L with quality brewing water for approx. 4.8% ABV. Super refreshing!

Get it at your local home brew shop in Australia or New Zealand and brew it for summer.
Our take on James Squire 150 Lashes. Brick Road Pale Ale malt is already hopped to the perfect level for this delicious Pale Ale. Use the yeast under the lid, and add an extra packet of clean Ale yeast like US-05. Mix with 1kg of brewing sugar and Dry hop with 25g Amarillo. Top to 21L for approx. 4.2% ABV. Old school good.

Brick Road L***r and Brick Road Extra Light malt bring the colour to the perfect level, and with the addition of Green Bullet hops you will recognise its distinctive taste. This modern craft style XPA is an award-winner with its floral, fruity flavour balanced with a fresh, clean bitterness. Brick Road Pacific Pale Ale malt is already hopped to the perfect level. Just add 1kg of Brick Road Extra Light DME, 100g of dextrose and hops. Use the yeast under the lid, and add an extra packet of clean ale yeast like BRY-97 or US05. Dry hop with Centennial, Amarillo and Citra for those amazing flavours. Super-good!
