Juicy raisins on the nose with deep cigar box underneath. Spiced, rich and warming. The palate opens with fortified character, red apples, leather, charred oak and nutmeg. The finish is long and decadent as honey roasted cashews, burnt sugar and five spice drift off.

Our previous Port Cask release received a Double Gold in the San Francisco Awards and we are equally as pleased with this one.

Deep in colour and flavour. Sweet and rich but well balanced. Our Heritage Single Malt Whisky has been a fan favourite ever since it was launched in 2023.

A harmony of Australian Apera and Spanish Sherry casks filled with our new make spirit with its honey drizzled nectarine profile. This is more than just a "sherry bomb", we take a lot of care to maintain a delicate balance between the juicy Pedro Ximenez and Apera casks to the dry nutty notes delivered by the Oloroso casks.

Our "Living" Solera process not only adds consistency batch to batch but also adds yet another layer to the profile of Heritage. The 2000L solera system is comprised of decades old PX and Oloroso casks which impart a final dollop of sherry complexity to the whisky as it passes through. This solera system contains the oldest whisky at Lawrenny and will continue to as we never let each barrel dip below half full.

This has been and will remain one of our favourite releases.

Every barrel of Lawrenny Single Malt develops its own character over time. Some of that comes from the barley we grow ourselves, some from the water from the Upper River Derwent, some from the cask, the climate and the oak.

Great to spend some time with our regional distributors and key customers as well as introducing a lot of people to Lawrenny for the first time. There is genuine interest across the region for our Single Malt Whisky and what we have developed down here in Tasmania 🥃🥃

Tasmanian producer Lawrenny Estate Distillery has partnered with Castlerox to launch its single malt whiskies in Taiwan.
