This is just a quick message to reassure all that I am fine but am unable to be at the Tooradin Market this weekend.
I have an abundance of preserves available so for all those interested I can be contacted anytime.
This week I have new batches of
Tomato Relish
Chilli Jam – this can be used as a tasty substitute for “bought” Sweet Chilli Sauce!!
There is always fresh

Hi All
Unfortunately, I will not be at the Longwarry Market tomorrow.
I have just returned from a holiday and am just not organised!!
We have been having beautiful days too!! So hopefully they have a great turnout.
As always if there is anything I can help you with or supply to you don’t hesitate to ask/message me.
It is always surprising how much the garden grows while you are away!!! There are so many spring bulbs out!! I can’t wait until the blossom appears.
I will definitely be at the Tooradin Market on 16th August.

Hi All
I will be at the Tooradin Market on Sunday 19th July!!
I have been “Cooking up a Storm” recently!! Including batches of
Pink Grapefruit Curd
Tomato Sauce
Chilli Oil
Strawberry Jam
Plum Jam
Marmalade
Blackberry Jam
Dried Apricot Jam
After the demand for the Curd at the last Market I now have
Lemon Curd
Passionfruit Curd
Pink Grapefruit Curd
All of which can be purchased individually or as a “Gift Pack” of 3

Fresh Fruit & Vegetables at this time of the year are very limited. I only have some new seasons

Don’t forget I have samples if there is anything you would like to try!!
The weather is supposed to be very good for this time of the year so will look forward to seeing you all out & about!!
I may be in a different “spot” but will defiantly be there!!

Well I am off to the Longwarry Market tomorrow!!

Raspberry Jam
Tomato Chilli Chutney
Rhubarb Relish – a New Recipe – Very Tasty!!
I will also have some Fresh Fruit & Vegies
Lemons
Mandarins
Pumpkins
All my Curds are made with home grown fruit & eggs & all other preserves are made with mostly fruit & vegies from our Farm. Plus they are ALL cooked & preserved in my kitchen – with Love !!
There is always samples if you wish to try something.
If you cannot make the market please don’t hesitate to contact me and you may like to come to the Farm.

Hi All
Well I will be at the Tooradin Market this Sunday 21st!!
I trust the weather will be “Good” ??!!
I will probably be in a different position/site but am really looking forward being there.

This is made with new season home grown lemons & my farm fresh eggs!!

Hi All
Well Winter has really started!! So much rain!! Luckly it is supposed to be “nice” tomorrow – I will be at the Longwarry Market.
At this time of the year I have a wide selection of my Jams & Preserves available. I also have some fresh fruit and vegies

I have also got a Winter Ideas Menu available for all who would like me to cook for them!!

Hi All
Well I am hoping to be at the Longwarry Market this Sunday 3rd May but I an concerned with the weather forecast – 20 degrees, 87% chance of rain plus wind!! No fun for any of us but we must remember that this is Melbourne and “things” can change so will decide much nearer/on the day.
I have been busy making some new stock

Cooking Apples – I also have some preserved jars of these & Pears
Passionfruit – last of season
Tomatoes – yellow pears & red tommy toes
A suggestion for Mothers Day is the triple packs – there is a choice of

Curds/Butter
We have a large vegie garden & many fruit trees so I am able to incorporate fresh homegrown produce in most of my preserves.
there are also a wide variety of vegies in small quantities.
