Isn’t the weather beautiful!!! Hopefully tomorrow will be the same
I will be at the Tooradin Market tomorrow and have several new batches of preserves I have done in the last week or so

Passionfruit Curd/Butter
Mango Butter
Marmalade – Mixed Citrus
Mixed Berry Jam
Raspberry Jam
Dried Apricot Jam
Tomato Relish
Green Tomato Chutney
Beetroot Relish
I also am putting together some Christmas ideas as per the photos.
The hampers are at “basic “stage and can be made with your choice or mine
The Triple Gift Packs are Curds Jams or Savory or to your selection

Hi All
Well Sunday was my first time as a stall holder at the Bunyip Market and what a wonderful day it was!! The weather was good the staff ( including my son in law!!) were friendly & helpful and there were a lot of people enjoying what so many of all of the stall holders had to offer.
I was lucky not to sell out completely so still have a variety to offer if anyone wants to visit/needs supplies/produce and was unable to come to the market.
We are in the country so there are things like kangaroos chooks cats a dog a horse & some miniature donkeys Kids may like to see while they are on holiday.

Hi All
Very exciting news – I have a stall at the Bunyip Market on this Sunday 27th September !!
I will be selling all my usual Produce and as
usual have been adding to it – mostly replenishing stock but am looking to increase my selection for Christmas.
My special at the moment is
Lemon Curd/Butter
-This is made with Homegrown Lemons & Fresh Eggs from our Chooks
Passionfruit Curd
-This is also made with our Fresh Eggs & Homegrown Passionfruit
Both the above plus either Grapefruit Curd or Mango Butter are sold as gift packs of 3.
Any of the above can bought in larger quantities as required;
I also have a large selection of jams, relishes, chutneys, pickles, sauces & other specials,
I always also have a limited selection of seasonal home-grown fresh fruit & vegies

Spring Onions

Hi All
I am so excited to say I am able to attend/have a stall at the Tooradin Market this Sunday 20th September!!
I have all my usual “things” available and I have some extras/back ups I have been preparing in the last week or so:~
Lemon Curd/Butter – always a Favorite
Rhubarb Relish – interesting and very tasty
Green Tomato Chutney – a popular choice
Beetroot Relish – summer salad popular addition
Zucchini & Cauliflower Pickle – who doesn’t love a good pickle
Chilli Jam – a simple versatile extra – I use as sweet chilli sauce alternative
Rember as much as possible of the ingredients are home grown produce.
If for any reason you cant make it to the market but would like, need or fancy anything please don’t hesitate to contact me. I now have set up an area as a stall at home.
We are beginning to get new season fresh vegies available although limited
Broccoli
Spring Onions
Silver beet
Plus there are a lot of Lemons
The weather is supposed to be wonderful so we should all have a happy & enjoyable day!!

Hi All
This is just a quick message to reassure all that I am fine but am unable to be at the Tooradin Market this weekend.
I have an abundance of preserves available so for all those interested I can be contacted anytime.

Chilli Jam – this can be used as a tasty substitute for “bought” Sweet Chilli Sauce!!

Hi All
Unfortunately, I will not be at the Longwarry Market tomorrow.
I have just returned from a holiday and am just not organised!!
We have been having beautiful days too!! So hopefully they have a great turnout.
As always if there is anything I can help you with or supply to you don’t hesitate to ask/message me.
It is always surprising how much the garden grows while you are away!!! There are so many spring bulbs out!! I can’t wait until the blossom appears.
I will definitely be at the Tooradin Market on 16th August.

I will be at the Tooradin Market on Sunday 19th July!!
I have been “Cooking up a Storm” recently!! Including batches of
Pink Grapefruit Curd
Tomato Sauce
Chilli Oil
Strawberry Jam
Plum Jam
Marmalade
Blackberry Jam
Dried Apricot Jam
After the demand for the Curd at the last Market I now have
Lemon Curd
Passionfruit Curd
Pink Grapefruit Curd
All of which can be purchased individually or as a “Gift Pack” of 3

Fresh Fruit & Vegetables at this time of the year are very limited. I only have some new seasons

Don’t forget I have samples if there is anything you would like to try!!
The weather is supposed to be very good for this time of the year so will look forward to seeing you all out & about!!
I may be in a different “spot” but will defiantly be there!!

Well I am off to the Longwarry Market tomorrow!!

Tomato Chilli Chutney
Rhubarb Relish – a New Recipe – Very Tasty!!
I will also have some Fresh Fruit & Vegies
Lemons
Mandarins
Pumpkins
All my Curds are made with home grown fruit & eggs & all other preserves are made with mostly fruit & vegies from our Farm. Plus they are ALL cooked & preserved in my kitchen – with Love !!
There is always samples if you wish to try something.
If you cannot make the market please don’t hesitate to contact me and you may like to come to the Farm.

Hi All
Well Winter has really started!! So much rain!! Luckly it is supposed to be “nice” tomorrow – I will be at the Longwarry Market.
At this time of the year I have a wide selection of my Jams & Preserves available. I also have some fresh fruit and vegies

I have also got a Winter Ideas Menu available for all who would like me to cook for them!!
