🎄SALMON!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first attempt at filleting a whole salmon - the first fillet was butchered 😝 the second was much better but at this stage it's about the flavour!!

Break down of using the whole fish 😋

Head + bones = Asian inspired fiahhead soup

Fillets = hot smoked (brined for 18 hours, dried then smoked in our hot smoker)

Off cuts = marinated, floured, fried, served with rice and teryaki sauce

Wastage = 50g approx of fat and bones 👌

Cooking results to follow 😁🤙

Your favourite Mamm Rae's signature bulk meals are officially back for Christmas 🎄. Perfect for busy families, entertaining, or stocking the freezer before the holiday chaos hits.

Handmade sauces. Fresh pasta. Proper flavour.

- Lasagna is 2.5kg each (approx).
- Seafood lasagna is made with home made prawn bisque, prawns, fish, crab meat and calamari in a creamy lemon infused sauce.
- Wontons are cooked and ready to re-heat/freeze.
- Chilli oil comes with a complimentary MR rose gold colored tablespoon.
