ēthos has been named a finalist in the 2026 Queensland & Northern Territory Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards for Excellence, in the category of New Restaurant, Sunshine Coast.

What began as a vision rooted in the land, the seasons, and the people of this region has grown into something we could not have imagined without you.

Every shared plate, every unhurried afternoon, every conversation held over something worth savouring has brought us here.

Kids Eco Day Out: Honey Heroes 🐝🍯

A hands-on morning for little nature lovers at Alsahwa Estate in the upcoming school holidays.

Kids will step into the world of bees, learning how they live, how honey is made, and why they matter.

Led by our beekeepers, the experience blends education, exploration, and play, followed by a relaxed lawn brunch.

Each kid leaves a certified Honey Hero with seeds to plant at home 🌿
