We are stoked to have our beer on tap at the new South Coast Tap House.

Drop in there today between 1-3 to get a large for the price of a medium.

How do you turn the beer on the left in to the beer on the right?

It’s simple. Come down during our Hoppy Hours, between 1-3pm and get a Large Beer for the size of a Medium.

Today’s Beer of the Day is Sapphire Coast Brewery Ale. It’s a mid strength Pale Ale, with plenty of character coming in at just 3.5%. That’s another reason to get a Large instead of a Medium.

We were proud to be sponsors of the Merimbula Tennis Club Seniors Tournament recently.

There were a lot of people who said “I don’t like craft beer, only drink (insert big brand) beer” who tried our beer for the first time and loved it.

That’s the great thing about our Sapphire Coast Lager, it’s not fruity, it’s just an easy drinking lager, like “big brand” beer, but better!

It's official, the South Coast Ale Trail is taking over the taps at Hopsters Co-op Brewery as part of Sydney Beer Week.

Each beer will showcase a different style and include locally sourced ingredients from regional producers such as , and (plus a collab brew between Hopsters x Seeker, launching on the night!).

The evening will include meet-the-brewer chats, an introduction to the Ale Trail, and insights into the growing movement toward local, sustainable brewing. Expect merch giveaways, good vibes, and a few surprises along the way.

We are going to be at the Beer Food and Footy Festival tomorrow at Henson Park with plenty of fresh tasty beers.

What a great night it was at The Tura Beach Country Club when we launched our Sapphire Coast Lager on tap. Thanks to everyone who came and tried our beers and to the club management for having us. We look forward to a long and happy relationship.
