A fantastic result for the Thiel family and one we’re especially proud to see.

The first 15 pens of Merino ewes sold beat the previous state record, an outstanding achievement and a great reflection of the quality, consistency and breeding behind their flock.

The Thiel's have been long-term clients of Gunallo, and it’s always rewarding to see clients achieving results like this with their sheep.

Congratulations to the Thiel family on a cracking result and a new benchmark for the industry.

$20,000 NEW SIRE PURCHASE FOR GUNALLO

Gunallo Stud is excited to have secured Kiandra 256291 for $20,000 from Kiandra Poll Merino, and we reckon this young sire has plenty to offer.

Kiandra Poll Merino will continue to utilise his genetics within their own breeding program, while we’re looking forward to introducing him into the Gunallo program.

His figures speak for themselves:

• YWT: 15.17
• YCFW: 42.69
• YEMD: 1.16
• YFAT: 1.27
• SM: 171.48
• PP

That 42.69 YCFW, combined with strong growth and positive carcase figures, made him a standout for us and a great fit for where we’re taking the Gunallo flock.

Kiandra 256291 is currently at the AI centre and semen will be available at $80 per dose.

For breeders who like what they see and want to secure some of his genetics for their own program, now is a great opportunity to get involved with this ripper young ram from the start.

For semen enquiries or to secure doses, get in touch with the Bradley Schroeder directly.

We’re looking forward to seeing what 291 can produce.
