Past • Present • Future, as we open our cellars and take you through a wide selection of Paracombe w**es — from current favourites, new releases to carefully selected w**es from our cellar.
Discover the stories behind the w**es, revisit special releases and taste your way through the evolution of Paracombe, with our family and team sharing the journey with you.
To accompany your tasting, we’ll serve a beautiful selection of local cheeses and produce, cured meats, house-made dips, marinated vegetables, focaccia and lavosh, for you to graze on throughout the experience. Our Spring Cellar Door Weekend is centred around the w**es, with the grazing selection designed to complement your tasting.
And, of course this is the perfect opportunity to replenish your own cellar, with w**es available to purchase and take home on the day.
