We use this 1000-liter boiling pot to heat the wort, which is a sweet liquid made from malted grains, during our brewing process. This boiling step lasts about one hour.

As soon as the wort boils, bittering hops are added to prepare the mixture to be stored in the fermenter. The beer rests for as long as four weeks, then it is transferred into kegs and served in your glasses for you to enjoy!
