It’s that time of year again!
Grasshopper will be closed for the winter during all of July and August.

We will be open all week as usual Wednesday to Saturday, so come visit us before we close for a final b**r.

We use this 1000-liter boiling pot to heat the wort, which is a sweet liquid made from malted grains, during our brewing process. This boiling step lasts about one hour.

As soon as the wort boils, bittering hops are added to prepare the mixture to be stored in the fermenter. The b**r rests for as long as four weeks, then it is transferred into kegs and served in your glasses for you to enjoy!
