There’s nothing quite like the smell of a bakery when the ovens are running at full speed!

Paynesville Bakery Café, we’ve been loving every minute of keeping this local icon buzzing.

We craft everything ourselves right here—rolling the dough, prepping the fillings, and lining up trays ready to go into the oven to bake fresh all day long.

We just pulled some incredible trays out of the heat, including:
🥧 Our Classic Pies (with a flaky upgrade!): Don't worry, it’s the exact same legendary recipe you know and love! But this batch? We gave our pastry technique a little twist for extra golden, crisp, and layered.
🥐 Almond Croissants: Freshly prepped, rich, and loaded with almonds.
🍪 Dark Chocolate Cookies: Warm, gooey, and drizzled with chocolate.
We’ve got these extra-flaky pies ready to try alongside our classic bake today. Drop in for a quick chat, grab your lunch or coffee, and let us know which crust style gets your vote! 🙌✨
