🏆 NSW STATE FLOCK EWE FINALS 🏆

The Rabobank National Merino Sheep Show will again host some of the top commercial Merino flocks from across NSW as they battle it out to claim bragging rights for the NSW State Flock Ewe Champion title.

More than $5,000 in cash and prizes is up for grabs with awards for Overall Flock Pen, Champion Long Wool, Champion Short Wool and Champion Flock Ewe.

Today we flushed the ET ewes. The simple diet of lucerne hay, oats, and daily TLC seems to be a good recipe for the girls.

Garry had two days judging along side Sam Picker and Associate judge Tom Alcock at the Berridale Ag Merino Ewe Comp.
Some impressive commercial sheep flocks that are punching out some serious wool cuts.
Lots of interest in the Merino game with a big crowd following the judging trail.
Congratulations to all the entrants especially the overall winner Adam Walters.

Congratulations to Cranley & Georgie Gowing, Darriwell Merino and Poll Merino Studs clients with second place in the Central West Ewe Comp.

First place went to Rob Neil from Condobolin.

Both are big wool cutters who get to show off there size and productivity in this Ewe competion.
