Behind the scenes, our Condamine Bootleg Rum is aging well in oak barrels, as each batch does for 2-3 years.

Well worth the wait, the next batch of Bootleg Rum should land in Christmas 2027.

We are excited to be back at this year’s FEASTival on the 26th & 27th of September.

You will find our Homestead and Sundowner Gins (and more) in delicious springtime cocktails at the cocktail bar, and right next door, we will be offering intimate tasting sessions to sample a range of artisan spirits.

Tasting sessions are free to attend and included in your general entry ticket.
