The rich Southern Forest Region and location of our Estate imparts a depth of flavour and character that cannot be imitated. Our extensive search and establishment of the Silkwood winery and vineyard in the Pemberton region was based on this philosophy. Our meals are created by world class chefs from locally grown and seasonal produce. Menus can change daily due to whats available at hand.

Silkwood Estate restaurant will be closing with Immediate effect. Our cellar door will be open over the coming 2 weekends for tastings.

We would like to thank all our patrons for the support over the last 3 and half years.

Those with active gift vouchers can be used towards wine and accomodation.

In the meantime, our wine can be ordered from our website, consider joining our Walcott wine club for savings!
