We reckon most things in life are better when they’re shared. At our place, that’s done over the table - loaded with backyard produce, a bottle or two of good wine and surrounded by family and friends. It might be our Greek heritage that inspired us to work the land. Since leaving more than 60 years ago Chris, with his wife Fran, has worked the Terra Rossa soils of Coonawarra, growing tomatoes, le

ttuces and strawberries before Steven joined his parents in the family business, together planting vines in 1990. Our two sites feature both the young and the old; regional classics Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot along with Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. Through the winter months, the vines share our land with a small trip of goats who maintain the rows, doing their bit to contribute to our micro-climate.

2 lemon trees, 20 apple trees, 300 strawberry plants, 200 bushes of oregano and whatever else Chris has decided to grow on any given day, share the space with our cellar door. Come visit us and you might chance upon Chris offering up the backyard’s latest bounty or you’ll find us, Steven and Emma Raidis, at the table, glass in hand, ready to share a story or two.

Fresh, zesty, and full of youthful charm—2025 The Kid Riesling is 100% estate-grown and bursting with cool-climate character straight from our Coonawarra vineyard.

This vintage is all about crisp citrus and vibrant green apple, with subtle hints of jasmine and lemon zest on the nose. The palate is lively and refreshing, with mouth-watering acidity balanced by a beautifully textured finish.

Grown sustainably in our Terra Rossa soils, this Riesling is made for long lunches and sunny catch-ups. Perfect with fresh seafood (think oysters or prawns), Thai green curry, or a zippy goat’s cheese salad.

Whether you’re a seasoned Riesling lover or just getting to know The Kid, this one’s a keeper for the fridge door.
