Two boys, a stubborn Frenchie, businesses we’ve built together and a place I’m very grateful to call home.

It feels like a good time to introduce ourselves. We’re Maria and Jason, husband and wife and the people behind The Property Baron.

Jason leads our buyers agency, helping people find and buy the right property at the best price possible. I’m behind the marketing, branding and operations, bringing my background in design, branding and marketing into everything we do.

Our team now works across three offices: here in Peregian Beach, Brisbane and the Central Coast of NSW. Seeing the business grow alongside people who share our values is something we’re really proud of.

We work exclusively for buyers. We believe they deserve someone in their corner, honest advice and the confidence to make a well-informed decision.

This year, we’re also proud to have launched Ark Property Co - Property Management Sunshine Coast , while continuing to deliver beautiful homes and projects through Black and White Projects

As you may have read we have an exciting line up of both local and national authors appearing in store over the coming weeks. Here’s one not to be missed - meet Stephanie MacFie on Saturday 5th September between 9.30- 12.30

Stef spent more than fifteen years working in Australian media, managing some of the country’s largest breakfast radio shows and podcasts. She is also an accomplished voice-over artist whose narrations feature in popular audiobooks. After years of giving voice to the stories of others, she has stepped into her own as an author. She lives on the Central Coast of New South Wales with her husband and two young boys. Once Upon a Breakfast Show is her debut novel.
These days she splits her time between writing and consultancy. Her debut novel, a rom-com, is out now with Text Publishing and will be available on the day.
