Who is ready for term 3? Usually it’s a big one with sports carnivals and book week etc 🤯🤯 mental load 🥵

Sharing our Hawaiian family holiday details to make your planning easier 🌸🤙🏼

Hotel:
Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort it was central, beautiful views, kids loved the pool area, I loved the beach being so close. Fish tacos at the poolside restaurant were delicious

Spent 3 nights Waikiki's Beach Front Resort
This hotel is huge. We loved the blue lagoon area as it wasn’t as crowded and we hired canoes which the kids spent hours on!
The hotel is about 15 min walk from main area.
Friday nights they have fireworks and they also offer a Luau within the hotel

We booked via Luxury Escapes but shop around to get best price.

✈️ flew from perth -> sydney -> honolulu with Qantas

Activities:

🏄‍♀️ We took surf lessons from Big Wave Dave Surf & Coffee where uncle Pete helped us stand up and be confident in the water. While surfing we got to see some turtles! Definitely a highlight. 🏄‍♂️

⛵️We booked a yacht for a sunset cruise. Roughly 2 hours with drinks included in the price. Beautiful views and the kids enjoyed it too.

🦖Day at the Kualoa Ranch where we did a 2 hour tour on a UTV Raptor. Exploring the beautiful sights where jurassic park and many other movies were created

🤍visited Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum and learnt about the history

🐢Hired a limo to explore the north shore… in a bit of style 🙊

👕Bought matchy shirts because it’s hawaii! You have it!

- Duke's Waikiki - about an hour wait but its by the beach so you can go wander
- The Cheesecake Factory 🍰 in waikiki
- Aoki Teppanyaki Waikiki
