Wurst und Kraut is the love child of two German friends that met working in a Perth Restaurant back in 2009. One was the Head Chef, one was the Flour Fairy (Pastry Chef) and together they worked happily for many years. After their professional ways parted they stayed good friends and never gave up hope that one day they could work together again. Dreams became reality when they decided to start up

a mobile food business. Using their expertise and knowledge about the food of their country of birth, Wurst und Kraut was founded!
