Good morning my Bhutahese Customers
Wish you all a very good day ahead. Having wished you all, I would like to apprised our Bhutanese community that during the First ever “Bhutanese Festival coinciding with our Great The Fourth KING’s 70th Birdthday. I believe there was a complain regarding some issues on the payment, quality of food etc. Though, I have not come across any of those complain when I was informed. However, I was told that there was also complain against GNH kitchen. We do regret if there was any lapses or mistakes from our side. We would love anyone affected to call us directly to this number 0424604322, so that we can sort those out.
I believe including GNH kitchen and any of our Bhutanese food vendors would not have carried out it on purpose. I have no doubt at all. The complainers must have giving the opportunity to solve the issue by directly contracting the vendor in question rather than bringing on a social media. Looking at the action of the individual, it shows that there was some intention to creat falls allegation to cause harm to the business. As a kalop from our King last year, we were reminded that we all Bhutanese must come together to help each other, rather than trying to creat disharmony. We understand, how frustrating when anyone loose extra money for the thing he/she didn’t received. Nevertheless, the intention of bringing it on the social media is not a right approached. There could be defamation laws that will come into play, if such were the intention.
