Cool night so needed a warm one pot quick meal.

For a change from curry I tried the cookidoo®️ recipe Creamy Mustard Chicken Stew.

I loved how easy and quick it was to make and the mustard flavour not over powering at all. Next time I would consider adding green beans.

I made Caramel Slice for my daughters event. I followed a cookidoo®️ recipe which proved to be very easy. Recipe is a salted caramel one so i sprinkled the salt on top of half the tray. Then into fridge again to set before using a hot knife to cut into small 2-3 bite size pieces. Yes it was a wee challenge getting the first piece out. Then in a flash it was all consumed before I remembered to take a photo of a slice🥲 Might have to make it again 🤗
