Big appreciation post for my electrician Mark from Perth Hills Electrical ⚡️🙌

Anyone who runs a food truck knows how important it is to have good reliable tradespeople around you… and honestly, Mark is one of the best.

He’s always there when I need him, keeps the Presto Panini truck powered up and running smoothly, and somehow manages to fix every drama I throw his way 😅🔥🥖

Reliable, professional, honest and just an all-round top bloke. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’ve got someone I can trust keeping everything safe and working properly behind the scenes.

Grace & Donna clearly understood the assignment 😌🥖✨

These two smart ladies came EARLY before the Swan Valley Show chaos kicked off and secured themselves panini and cannoli before the giant foodie stampede began 😂🔥

They were also chasing arancini… but sadly there was none available for this event 😭 (yes, I’m still hearing about it hahaha)

Honestly though, I’m so blessed to have customers like Grace & Donna ❤️ Over time they’ve become more than customers — they’ve become friends.

The laughs, the chats, the support, the loyalty… it never goes unnoticed and it means the world to this exhausted panini lady 🥹💪

Also can we appreciate the power move of walking around the show holding cannoli like prized treasure? ICONIC 👌😂

SWAN VALLEY SHOW — Day One was absolutely INSANE 🤯🥖🔥

The crowd response was massive. Every foodie vendor there had lines for what felt like 5+ hours straight and honestly… I didn’t think it was ever going to end until I finally ran out of stock and had to call it.

The guy waving in the pic was Luca 👋 He came up to the window telling me he’d waited four hours… or maybe it was “for hours” 😂 Either way, he waited a LONG time and we got his order out as quickly as we physically could.

Following Luca was this lovely lass who we thought was Chanelle, but even though she corrected us I didn’t catch her name. She commented on how lovely the food looked and honestly, that little moment gave me some extra courage to push through 🥹❤️

I always feel bad making people wait, but please know I’m constantly pushing as fast as I can while still keeping the quality standards that Presto Panini is known for ❤️🥖

I don’t skimp on fillings. I don’t cut corners. I make sure you get your money’s worth every single time.

Then after the show I got this beautiful message and honestly… feedback like that makes all the aching bones, sore feet and exhaustion worth it 🥹💪

To everyone who waited patiently, supported us, cheered us on and showed kindness — thank you.

And to those who missed out, gave up waiting or got turned away… I’m genuinely sorry 😔 Hopefully next time I’ll be even more prepared for the madness!
