Another happy client..did a plated dinner at the KCLC learning school up in kalamunda..The entres were a choice of Chicken caesar salad, Zuchini and eggplant pakoras, and Thai beef salad, the mains choice between Roasted lamb tagine on pinenut and raisin cous-cous and grilled pink snapper om mexican rice and beurre blanc sauce and veg lasagne with shakshuka sauce...dessert was a splendid choice of lime creme brulee and Peach and white chocolate cheese cake..thanks To the A team of chefs it was a smooth evening.

Catered for Goan Overseas Association in Perth..Was a real success with All the Guests Loved the Entrees which were Beef Croquettes and Veg Samosas, and for mains there was Pork sorpotel with Sannas, Goan beef and Pork Stew, Butter Chicken, Veg Korma, Dal Makhani, Garlic Naans, yellow Pulao...and dessert was Bebinca, And Gulab Jammun with Vanilla Icecream...
Oh, What a grand celebration with rocking music by DJ Clinton...Very well organised by the GOA Committee..
