BLUE MIST BBQ was with Aussie Davo and we both had an absolute blast in Pingrup teaching simple to Low & Slow BBQ techniques. The event was organised by Pingrup Community Resource Centre for the local and farming community which was also a Men's Health Australia initiative.
Thanks for having us Pingrup and hope everyone enjoyed the food. Ps: sorry no images of the food, too busy cooking it 😆

BLUE MIST BBQ had an absolute blast at Swan Settlers Market competing in Smokin in the Valley masters series sanctioned by KCBS Australia. Huge congrats to Aussie Tong Masters and King and Q for taking top prizes.
Nothing better than spending a weekend with some great people and eating BBQ.

BLUE MIST BBQ is at Harvey Norman demonstrating the Gasmate Halo and Oklahoma Joe’s drum smoker, cooking up some Char Sui Pork, spicy chicken wings and Beef Tenderloin.
