When you order directly through Mario’s Pizza, you get:

✅ Clear communication from order to delivery
✅ Our own trained Mario’s delivery drivers
✅ Pizzas kept flat, protected and hot in clean insulated delivery bags

✅ If something goes wrong, you deal directly with us
When you order direct, we control your order from the moment you place it until it arrives at your doorstep.
Now compare that with a third party platform.
Depending on the platform and order, customers may pay:

From our own experience, there have also been occasions where we have not initially been paid for orders because of courier mistakes, damaged pizzas, mishandling or mixed up deliveries, leaving us to dispute the charge to recover payment for food already made.
That’s why we prefer to handle the whole order ourselves.
Uber Eats and DoorDash can still be convenient if you live outside Mario’s delivery area. But if you’re within our delivery area, check Mario’s direct price first.
