•Chocolate cake with layers of white chocolate buttercream and a homemade strawberry compote filling

•Chocolate cake with layers of vanilla bean buttercream, spiced poached pear and a homemade caramel filling

•Carrot, walnut and ginger cake with vanilla bean buttercream (optional caramel sauce)

•Hummingbird cake with pineapple, banana, cinnamon, coconut, pecan nuts and a citrus buttercream filling
