CLOSING EARLY THIS SATURDAY 💜⚓️

We’ll be closing the doors at 12pm this Saturday because, quite frankly, we’ve got a very important appointment at the G. 😉

While we’re sure a few of these butchers may not entirely agree with these images, we’re proudly joining the Purple Army and getting behind WA’s Fremantle Dockers!

So get your meat sorted early, because after 12pm we’re off to cheer on the boys. 💜

GO FREO!

LOOK WHO’S BACK 👋🏻

We’re welcoming back a very familiar face to the Princi’s team, Luke!

Stewy first joined us way back in 2012 and spent almost 10 years behind the benches, so you could say he’s part of the Princi’s family.

And as luck would have it… he’s back! 🍀

We’re pretty bloody excited to have his larger-than-life personality, quick wit and plenty of banter back in the shop not to mention his years of experience.

Most of you will already know Luke, so make sure to say “Bentornato” next time you’re in.

And of course, we couldn’t welcome him back without a little flashback… 😆

Welcome home, Luke 🤠

Winter means LIVER SAUSAGES are back and packing a powerful punch of iron, complete proteins, essential B & A vitamins. This makes them excellent for boosting energy, supporting muscle repair and overall health ! bonus they taste pretty good too.

Hosting ? Let the Porchetta do the heavy lifting this weekend.

Tip ~ Leave your Porchetta uncovered in the fridge over night. This will allow the Porchetta skin to dry out creating the perfect crackle.

Enjoy 🤟🏼
