The American blues, the quintessential element of the American Midwest that tells the historical journey of modern American today. Developed when ex slave African American migrated to the north to cities like Chicago, these acoustic cm harmonica-based bluesy-jazz tunes started as street corner based music. With as much vigour as the music that accompanied them, the workers also introduced their o

wn style of cuisine spinning their delta blues whilst venturing into their life’s other passion: Food or, more specifically, good ol’fashioned Cajun food with extra dose of charming Southern hospitality! And the essence of Ragin Cajun began. Ragin Cajun combines life’s two greatest passions: music and great soul food. At the heart of Ragin Cajuns, gumbo, Jambalaya and prime pork ribs cooked to mouth watering perfection is accompanied with perfect blues music and great friends. Venturing back to times when life was stress free and great music and food reigned, easing the long summer days. All our food is made up of the finest Creole seasoning and herbs.
