Owner of Teramo Catering, John Rapattoni has been making the simple things special for a long time with 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In this time, John honed and perfected his skills in the kitchens of the Hyatt and Orchid hotels, as well as in his own cafes, producing mouth watering meals through the use of fresh ingredients and tried and true recipes that leave you wanting
