As a child I watched him, A MASTER BAKER making dough, moulding and baking it, as I grew up he entrusted me with more responsibility until I was myself a qualified Baker. I believe the art of making Bread has suffered over the years at the hands of technology and I want to share my passion and skills and keep the art of making REAL BREAD alive.. I want bread to be real, made from ingredients that
are as fresh and local as possible and for you to know what you are putting into your body and become part of the food revolution. My Baking career covers 2 hemispheres and 4 decades, the last 25 years have been in W.A . including THE COTESLOE BOAT SHED, ROTTNEST BAKERY and my own bakery THE LANCELIN BAKERY, for the last 8 years I have been baking for the multi award wining restaurant Clarkes of Northbeach ( if you haven't tried it yet you should the bread is awesome)
MY WORKSHOP PASSION FOR BREAD
I am running small 2 hr workshops with a maximum of 8 people. I will provide all the equipment, ingrediants, my sparkling personality :) coffee and bread samples. The workshop can be held in my home or yours and I will show you how to make and mould your own dough (its not that easy you know) when finished we will have coffee and try some bread while I instruct you on how to care for your dough so that you can take it home to prove and bake so that your family can appreciate the delicious aromas of hand made real bread. At the end of the session you will have the knowledge to make your own bread and a recipe card to keep. COST
