Little raspberry cheesecake pots are a fave mini dessert to whip up a couple of hours before friends come over. No portioning needed, just pop them on a tray with some pretty spoons and dig in when it’s dessert time.

Has everyone soaked their fruit mix for their Christmas Fruit Cake? Mine is maturing and smells delicious. I like a fruit cake that is low in glacé cherries and high in spices.

If you live in the Margaret River Region I’ve opened up Pre-Orders for Fruit Cakes with two Mid December pickup dates from my fave local pickup points.
