🥘✨ What a fantastic function at the Mosman Park Bowling Club!
We had the pleasure of catering for 70 guests with two of our crowd favourites: 🦐 Seafood Paella loaded with fresh local seafood 🍗 Chicken & Chorizo Paella packed with rich Spanish flavours

We loved serving up 2 giant paellas — 1 traditional chicken paella and 1 mixed gourmet chorizo paella — and being part of such a fantastic event.

🎉 50th birthday celebrations done in style aboard the The Decoy Paddle Steamer 🚤✨
What a night on the water celebrating this special milestone with an amazing Turkish party full of energy, laughter, music and incredible hospitality. We were honoured to cater a full halal menu, packed with flavour and good vibes all night long.
On the pans we served our crowd-favourite Chicken Paella 🍗🥘 alongside a fresh and delicious Seafood Paella 🦐🦑🔥

Congratulations to Krystie & Cody on your amazing wedding celebration in beautiful Mardella. What a fantastic day surrounded by great family, friends and plenty of delicious food.
We kicked things off with some tasty tapas including quesadillas and spiced meatballs before firing up the pans for three massive paellas for the guests to enjoy.
A premium pork rib, chicken & chorizo paella, our crowd-favourite seafood paella, and a colourful seasonal vegan paella packed with fresh vegetables. Nothing better than big pans of paella bringing everyone together at a wedding feast.
