IMPORTANT ALLERGEN UPDATE FROM NOSHU:
Please be advised that from late July 2017, we will be phasing out the "100% Dairy-free" claim on our donut range.
We still proudly retain our 'No Added Sugar' and 'Gluten Free' claims, but as our business continues to grow, it is becoming less viable for us to achieve a 100% Dairy-free product throughout our entire supply chain.
So, over the next few months, our packaging and product will be updated to reflect these changes, switching from our current “Dairy-free" claim to a product which has No ADDED Dairy, but will contain small amounts of milk traces (in our donut icings / coatings). Our muffin range is the same – made with No Added Dairy, but the choc chips in the two chocolate varieties contain milk traces.
To clarify, we are not adding any milk or milk products to our donut recipe, this change is simply a reflection of the potential allergens on one processing line. So how much milk will be present in our donuts? The amount of milk protein which will be present is very small and would likely only affect those that are highly sensitive or allergic to milk proteins.
If you, a family member or friend currently consume our products because they're 100% dairy-free and are allergic to milk, please be aware of this change and carefully check the individual packaging of your product upon next purchase. You can rely on the packaging allergen statement for the current status of allergens in the product. Tag a friend or share this post with someone who may need to know this.
Thank you for your support and understanding. If you have any questions or require clarification, please feel free to call our phone office during business hours on (02) 8916 6207
