The 2026 truffle season is officially underway, and what a beautiful way to celebrate.
Last night, we welcomed friends, family, and fellow truffle lovers to our Truffle HQ in Subiaco for an evening dedicated to the arrival of the new season. Guests enjoyed a selection of indulgent truffle canapés by , a Michelin-star trained chef, expertly paired with wines from the Below & Above collection.
With glasses raised to the season ahead and the unmistakable aroma of fresh black truffles filling the room, it was a wonderful opportunity to gather, celebrate, and share our passion for one of the world’s most sought-after ingredients.
