The 2026 truffle season is officially underway, and what a beautiful way to celebrate.

Last night, we welcomed friends, family, and fellow truffle lovers to our Truffle HQ in Subiaco for an evening dedicated to the arrival of the new season. Guests enjoyed a selection of indulgent truffle canapés by , a Michelin-star trained chef, expertly paired with wines from the Below & Above collection.

With glasses raised to the season ahead and the unmistakable aroma of fresh black truffles filling the room, it was a wonderful opportunity to gather, celebrate, and share our passion for one of the world’s most sought-after ingredients.

The 2026 truffle season has officially begun.

Last night, we welcomed media guests to an exclusive evening celebrating the launch of the season, with a second evening of festivities continuing tonight for friends, truffle lovers, and members of our community.

Guests were treated to an exceptional menu crafted by , a Michelin-star trained chef, showcasing the remarkable flavours of freshly harvested black truffles. Each course was thoughtfully paired with wines from the Below & Above collection, creating a truly memorable dining experience.

Hidden among the roots of our truffière in Smith Brook, Manjimup, our truffle dogs have been busy uncovering the treasures of the 2026 harvest.

This beautiful black truffle is just one of the many incredible truffles being discovered this season — each one carefully hunted, harvested and ready to bring its unmistakable aroma and flavour to your winter dishes.

Fresh Below & Above truffles are now available from our Subiaco HQ every Wednesday to Friday, 9:30am–12pm, until the season finishes in mid-August.

Nestled among fallen English and French oak leaves, this freshly harvested truffle is proof that some of nature's greatest treasures are worth searching for.
