The common form of language, words without pretence or rhyme, words without a set form or structure. Our primary goal is to continue to exploit wild and mixed culture fermentation to develop unique and interesting flavours, with an ultimate aim to capture the terroir of our environment and home in a commercial setting. we are always experimenting with new flavours and processes. Each beverage is blended to taste, trusting our palates to deliver us a balanced, complex and unpredictably unique beverage that will develop organically in the bottle with time. With an eye to the future, Prose Blends & Ferments will develop small batch ferments including beer, fruit wine and mead as well as various fermented foods such as hot sauce and kimchi. Our consumers will know that each bottle was lovingly blended, bottled, labelled and waxed by the very hands of its creators. Nothing is outside the realms of our imagination. We hope you enjoy following this project as much as we enjoy every aspect of it, as we grow from an experimental homebrewing project to our brewery and culinary dream.
