That would be at UMA Perth - who very recently won the 2026 Excellence Award for "Restaurant of the Year"! πŸ†πŸ˜š

Their seasonal new menu features an exquisite range of dishes influenced by the culinary history of great nations such as Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Chilie, Ecuador and Bolivia, and with so many choices available, we couldn't resist indulging in four delicious courses that evening πŸ‘

From the most freshest Ceviche to tender grilled Beef Anticuchos skewers and Pulpo (grilled Octopus), our course of mains - Pollo Amarillo (half roast chicken w/ szechuan citrus marinade) and the mouthwatering Bife Ancho (dry aged Black Angus Ribeye) - were all beautifully presented as they were outstanding πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

Make sure you save room for dessert because they were SO GOOD! Especially the Cupula which was this amazinggg mandarin and rocoto, chocolate mousse πŸ˜‹

With the most gorgeous ambience (seriously this restaurant is soooo beautiful) and the most devoted hospitality to boot, I absolutely would not be exaggerating when I tell you that UMA, needs to totally join your next list of places to dine in town!

🚨The plane is cool - but there are old engine parts and mechanical bits and bobs still attached in the cockpit. I would not recommend small children left there unsupervised.
🚨From what I've read online, the kitchen closes at 3 pm, although this may only apply on certain days. If you're planning to visit in the late afternoon, it's worth giving them a call beforehand to confirm the kitchen hours.
🚨There is a small, unfenced pond directly behind the public restrooms. PLEASE keep an eye on your kids.
