We were fortunate enough to join the Water Smart Farms Desalination Seminar yesterday. It was a powerful reminder of the role desalination can play in strengthening regional water security. The results from the successful pilot program run by Murdoch University Harry Butler Institute alongside Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and Water Corporation highlight desalination as a technically viable, future focused solution for community and agricultural needs, and we’re proud CITOR was involved with our 10TSA desal unit in Dumbleyung. The Seminar created space for open discussion on where to next, sharing of expert knowledge, and brought together people who are genuinely invested in finding long term solutions for WA’s water future!
