Variety: Colombia

This microlot comes from the mountains of Huila in southwestern Colombia — one of the most complex and celebrated coffee regions in the country. High elevation, volcanic soils, and dramatic temperature shifts help develop clarity, sweetness and vibrant acidity.

This is a true traceable microlot (87+ point cup quality), sourced through Cafe Imports’ long-standing relationships with Colombian producers.

In the cup:
Cooked nectarine
Jammy apple
Toffee sweetness
Milk chocolate
Clean, mellow fruit finish

The washed process gives this coffee its clarity and balance — ripe cherries are depulped the same day, fermented, washed clean of mucilage, then carefully dried. The result? Sweet, structured and beautifully clean.

Roasted right here in Perth, WA.

Lot No. Coffee - Lot 01 arriving this week

Our first release, Lot 01, is a single-origin coffee sourced from Colombia, a region renowned for producing some of the finest coffee in the world. Grown at high altitude and carefully processed, Colombian coffee is known for its smooth body, balanced flavour, and clean finish.

This batch has been professionally roasted right here in Perth by a licensed commercial roaster to bring out its best characteristics, whether you enjoy it as an espresso, long black, or with milk.

Every release from Lot No. Coffee is defined by the batch and carefully selected, roasted, and packed to deliver a premium coffee experience.

Lot 01 is coming together ☕️

Packaging has arrived, and the green coffee is landing with the roaster next week.

This first release will be a single origin Colombian microlot from Finca La Fuente, Huila, chosen for its balance and drinkability clean, smooth, and easy to enjoy day to day.

What stood out was how approachable it is, with notes of jammy apple, milk chocolate, and pecan. No gimmicks just a really solid coffee we’re proud to put our name on.
